1-on-1 Personal Training
We offers our most premium service, private personal training, with our educated and experienced trainers. Our dedicated trainers will assist in goal setting, and designing an individual program to enhance your wellbeing and fitness. Our programs will incorporate improving strength, posture, flexibility, athleticism, coordination, mobility, lean body mass, and weight loss.
Everybody can benefit from one-on-one coaching. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, whether you are training for adventure, weight loss, fitness or competition. Spending quality time with an expert will boost your confidence, improve your technique, your performance and increase your results.

How Much Does Our One-On-One Private Training Cost?
When you sign up for one-on-one personal training sessions, you can each expect to pay about $85 - $100 for a one-hour session.
Semi Private Training
In a Semi-private personal training session, you and a few friends can benefit from the expertise of a certified personal trainer at a lower cost than one-on-one personal training. It’s the sweet spot between group training and personal training. It’s a way to receive the motivation and support of a group while receiving a heavy dose of focused, intense coaching and skill development. Groups are limited to 4 people who are motivated about taking their fitness up a few notches. Your personal trainers will guide you and your workout partners through a program designed to maximize each of your individual results.
Each of you will receive more attention than you'd find at most fitness boot camps, getting you to your fitness goals even faster! You'll also benefit from the health and lifestyle education you'll receive from your trainer, like nutrition and workout tips.
How Much Does Semi-Private Training Cost?
When you sign up for semi-private personal training sessions, you can each expect to pay about $45 to 60 for a one-hour session.
